I brought these studio shoes for the lateral support as I do a lot of high impact step aerobics. They give me great arch support and stability for all the moves that I do. Additionally they also work well for kickboxing workouts on my home gym puzzle mats as have a good "pivot point" which means they don't stick to the floor.

Really supportive
I really love these shoes. They are lightweight, yet a snug fit and very supportive with a good amount of padding especially for the balls of the feet. I do a lot of high impact plyometric cardio and my feet feel great afterwards.

Comfortable from the first time wearing!

Narrow sole, but very comfortable
I loved the look of these and they are even better when you get them! They are fashionable and comfortable. They do have a narrow sole to walk on and take a second to get used to.
