Great features
I brought these studio shoes for the lateral support as I do a lot of high impact step aerobics. They give me great arch support and stability for all the moves that I do. Additionally they also work well for kickboxing workouts on my home gym puzzle mats as have a good "pivot point" which means they don't stick to the floor.

Really supportive
I really love these shoes. They are lightweight, yet a snug fit and very supportive with a good amount of padding especially for the balls of the feet. I do a lot of high impact plyometric cardio and my feet feel great afterwards.

Disappointed Again
I want so much to like Rykä shoes and have tried several times as so many in my Jazzercise class recommend them. But have have short fat feet and they just aren’t comfortable on my feet. Bummer

Highly recommend!
I had honestly never heard of Ryka until my friend suggested I check them out. I'd been looking for a good walking sneaker because my feet were covered in blisters. I needed a comfortable and wide shoe. I'm ecstatic I checked Ryka out. These are the best sneakers I've owned in decades. Wide, comfortable, and made specifically for women. It took zero time to break them in. I literally took them out of the box and walked 5 miles. No blisters!!!
