If your child is in between sizes like my daughter, these shoes run big! If they’re not in between sizes, then should be fine and probably true to size. Typically when my kids are in between sizes, I size up with NO issues but this shoe doesn’t come in a 10.5, only 11 and then 12 and so forth. So I got an 11 and they’re so big on her! Versus her size 11 in Vans that fit perfect. I guess it depends on the shoe brand but I definitely feel that if your child is in between sizes and you size up obviously, they will be a bit big. But we love the shoes so we will keep them until she can fit them properly!
