Neutral pump
I have not worn these yet and may return or exchange. They feel very rigid when I tried them on after delivery. I usually size half size down in pumps so my heels don't come out in the back of the shoe but these felt too tight. I would order true to size. The patent shoe has a nice look but the first time these bump anything there will be a scuff. They have a soft insole.

Needed a cheap pair of heels and these are perfect. I wear an 8.5 and the size is a little too big.

Super comfortable!
I work in an office, so am getting up constantly, but these are super comfortable and didnt bother my feet after wearing them for 9+ hours.

This are nice looking shoes, but despite them being labeled as wide, they seem to be a regular width and are too narrow.
