I bought these and the leather would scratch when I was adjusting the length. The toe part was really small. I liked the color and and the style but my big toe couldn't fit into it so I had to take them back.

Mid-price footbed sandal
As for footbed sandals, Birks were too expensive and cheaper knock-offs were comfortable but didn’t come in half sizes which I needed an 8.5. The Eastland Tioga had cushioning not found in others I tried so they were more comfortable. I did get a 9 in these and the length is perfect. The straps around big toe are snug compared to others brands but maybe that’s just my fit. I’ve worn them only a few days and the “felt” on the leather strap against the upper part of my foot is peeling off which is disappointing but I still like them.
