    1. 5 out of 5 stars.

I don't wear snow boots often.

These boots are great. They keep my feet warm and dry. Very well insulated. We had an unexpected snow storm with below freezing temperatures, these were perfect. I wish they didn't look so wide in the front but the comfort and warmth makes up for that.

Revising My Previous Review. Five Stars!

I wrote the only other review for this boot, and the one star rating was an unintentional mistake. I had meant to give 4 stars, deducting only one point for the wide duck foot appearance. My size is an 8 1/2 - 9. In Suede, I wear 8 in classic and 9 in BP fashion boots. Hadn’t tried a BP duck boot. I originally tried the 9, which looked big in the foot & felt heavy. I later bought an 8 to try, and they were so small I could not get my foot in. I kept the 9s, and am SO glad I did. I have used them so much, this unusually wet Minnesota winter. We still have deep snow, just very wet this year. They are incredibly warm, and keep me completely dry. I highly recommend them to anyone in a wet, cold, snowy climate. They are great when snow is thawing and slushy, too. Couldn’t get by without them. Because of their utility, I am going the full 5 stars, after use. The weight of the boot is because of the 100% waterproof real rubber feet (won’t crack, like cheap versions), and toasty insulation. Half sizes would be nice, but it’s actually nice having room for thick socks, in the toe. Well worth it!

Tall, good quality, warm, nice faux fur, but runs very wide

I don't usually like the look of duck boots, but the shiny diamond quilting with matching laces and high quality, ample faux fur make these pretty. Except...they are SO wide my feet look huge and slide around in the boot. They would probably feel better with thick socks, but it's hard to look pretty when your feet look so unnecessarily wide. I'm torn as to whether to keep them or send back my 9s & try an 8. They are extremely warm, the detailing is great I can believe they're waterproof, because they look seamless. I like to wear my BearPaws sheepskin boots in the house but not these, because I feel so hot, which means they will be great in a Minnesota winter. I'm definitely going to keep a pair just wondering if I need to try a different size or if this will work well with arctic boot socks or slipper socks.
