Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Dress Shoe My shoe size is 13, medium width. I am 6'3", 210 lbs. I use orthotics. I loosen the laces to make room for the middle of my foot. Otherwise, the orthotics would push my feet against the top of the shoe, which would cause some pain. I love this shoe's wide toe box. It makes walking and standing more comfortable. I was concerned when looking at the photos that the toe box would not have much vertical room, but the vertical room has not been a problem. The shoe sometimes squeaks in the heal. I assume that this has something to do with the insert, but I'm unsure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will Buy Again I had a pair last me for 7 years, the only reason I purchase a new pair was that the soles were worn out...Too much walking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My go to shoe This has got to be one of my favorite shoes from the Bostonian collection , I have purchased them 3 times already. In my job I walk a lot (approximately ~4mi daily), hence I go through shoes quite frequently. One of the key characteristics that I look for is comfort as well as durability. The shoe lasts me about 10 months (could be better, only reason I gave them 4 stars), but the comfort makes up for it. They are well made and have fantastic arch support. Will keep purchasing them as long as they keep making them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort, Support but picture Color off The one negative thing about this shoe is the color on the internet does not closely resemble the actual color. The actual color is more of an orange brown than the reddish brown shown in the picture. I do hope that they change the color going forward and as a basis for my next brown Expresso purchase. It's not a bad color, but not what I was expecting or wanting. I decided to keep the shoe anyway as it's the one of the most comfortable, quality, supportive shoes I have purchased. I bought it in black color first which convinced me to buy it in brown as well. I have flat feet, overpronation and a toe injury. This shoe is a rubber sole that is solid enough to handle the walking on concrete I do to/from/during work. With other quality rubber soles I have tried, my feet hurt on the concrete. It has some room inside to allow me to keep both my over the counter Spenco orthdotics (recommended by my Podiatrist) and the existing cushion (just a little snug). I would still gain enough comfort without the orthdotics if I wanted to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't last as long as I'd expect Generally I liked the shoe but it's been less than two years and the soles on both shoes have split horizontally across the ball. I don't feel like I do an excessive amount of squatting, which would flex the shoe in this area but nonetheless they are now unwearable except on clear, dry days. FWIW I wear them about three times a week. As others have pointed out, they squeak a lot. They will just start squeaking in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. The next time I wear them they are quiet. And only the left shoe. I didn't try to swap out the liner as others have suggested.
