I'm not used to wearing high heels that often but I really liked the way they looked so I bought them anyway to wear to a wedding. I bought some Dr Scholl high heel rubber inserts so my feet wouldn't slide forward which helped. And I also bought some rubber grippers to put on the bottom cuz the shoes are really slippery. If you're used to wearing dress shoes all the time, you might not have a problem. I'm just more comfortable wearing tennis shoes!
