lets not confuse this shoe with an actual athetic shoe - it is a fashion shoe designed to look sporty. That said, mission accomplished. It is quite comfortable for a day of running errands or light work on your feet. The grey with blue trim looks great and very neutral, especially with jeans or yoga pants. I bought this shoe in an attempt to expand my wardrobe of flats this season, and I think it was a good foundational purchase.

Love them!
I have looked for these shoes in stores and can't find my size in the color I've wanted. I finally gave up and ordered them online - delivery was quick and I absolutely love them! Comfortable. I wear them without socks - nice to wear with jeans or capris.

I don't know how these shoes can help to ease the pain in my knees; however I can say I have little to no pain since I have been wearing them. I have two pair and they are the second thing I put on when I get up and the last thing I take off at the end of my day.
