Jon: "EU41 refers to European shoe sizing in length. EU41 is equivalent to US 7 or 7-1/2. The width for this particular shoes (Dr. Scholl's Men's Bounce) makes one size width which is M (medium/standard). For exampe, 10.0 M (EU44) means US 10, medium width (European size 44) If you're looking for wide shoes, it would say 10.0 W"
