I grabbed this shoe with work/casual wear in mind. I walk, a lot at work, and sometimes I even have to run. Even though it's only tied at the top, the whole shoe fits great and doesn't slide much. I wear a 12 normally so I ordered the same and it fits great. May not be great for a slim foot as it is slightly wide. Careful on tying the top too tight often, the holes for the laces don't look reinforced at all, so it'll rip up the shoe over the long run.

This shoes are incredible, just what i was expecting for, the color is very nice an goes with everything.

These shoes are super comfortable and just as trendy. Able to be worn with jeans or, like I did, with a pair of grey slacks. They are light weight but still cozy. So much so that you may not ever want to take them off. The only downside I can find with them is that they only come in whole sizes. So mine are just a tad too big. Its not that much of a problem but may affect how they look depending on the cut of the pants you're wearing with them. Other than that, I highly reccomend buying a pair of these Strider Chambrays. You may even want to buy two pairs as I've already had to stop a few of my friends from "borrowing them. These are the shoes you will enjoy for years to come.
