Rated 2 out of 5 by Notimpressed We have always bought Stride Rite but decided to try Carter's because my 2 year old liked the lights with the sports. They are stylish but not functional. In less than a week, they looked like they'd been worn for months - scuffed and stained dark. They also look like there is no support around the ankle, just loose and my son can push them off easily without opening the straps. They seem comfortable, but we prefer support along with comfort. After two weeks, already looking for a replacement. October 12, 2012
