Nicole asked: How high is the heel? The description says it's 2" but they look taller than that.

  • Allison: "I can't remember how high they were, I returned them because I I felt like they were baggy around the ankle"
  • Megan: "The tallest part of the heel is right around 2 inches maybe a little taller, but not much. They look taller in the picture but the height is perfect."
  • Katherine: "I measured it from the back down and it was a out 21/2. It's deceiving."
  • Suzanne: "Hello Nicole, I measured the heel and it is about 2 1/2 ". I have to tell you, these are like wearing slippers. They are the MOST comfortable boots / shoes I have ever owned. I am not a big high heel person and I can wear these all day. Hope this helps !"
  • Tamika: "The description is accurate. They're really comfortable too. "
  • Tamika: "Hello! The description is accurate. They're very comfortable. "
  • Tamika: "Hello! The description is accurate. They're very comfortable. "
  • Rachel: "It's actually about 2-1/2 inches. "
  • Elyssa: "2" is correct. They barely feel like your even wearing heels. So comfortable!"
  • Rachel: "I would say that the 2" description is accurate. These boots are very comfortable!"
  • Bobbie: "They are about 3" high. It doesn't seem that high tho since it is a wedge. I can't do high heels but these are pretty easy and a slight but of height. Love them!"
  • Bobbie: "They s"
  • Erin: "Not high. 2 inches is about right. I don't like a heel tht is high and the are fine for me. One thing, I would not really recommend for a wide foot. "
  • Adrianna: "The are closer to 2.5 inches"
  • Amber: "The 2" is probably correct. I don't wear heals often and these are my favorite boots because the heel isn't overwhelming. I get lots of compliments when I wear these!"

Sweet P asked: is the shaft circumference at 12" big or is it good enough to wear with leggings? I have thinner ankles.

  • Linda: "Hi. I also have thinner ankles and have worn these with leggings. They looked great!"
  • Ashley: "I think they would be fine. I absolutely love these! I wear them with leggings and skinny jeans. I bought them last year and wore them out so this year I bought in black too!"
  • Ashley: "I think they would be fine. I absolutely love these! I wear them with leggings and skinny jeans. I bought them last year and wore them out so this year I bought in black too!"
  • Sonia: "The shaft circumference is big cause I normally wear these shoes with a slim cut pair of jeans and am able to tuck the pant leg in without it looking weird."
  • Mandi: "Wear these all the time and they are perfect to go with leggings and a slightly thicker sock. Skinny ankles for me, too! :)"
  • Amanda: "I have smaller ankles also, but these shoes are GREAT with leggings or skinny jeans! The circumference is a little bigger but still looks super cute and very very comfortable shoes!!!"
  • Sweet P: "Thank you both for your quick response. . Much appreciated. ."
  • Rita: "I found these to run about a half size smaller. These hug your arch and ankle area so are great for wearing with leggings."
  • Kimberly: "They are Nice with Leggins"

  • Jessica: "The high isn't too high on these shoes so not sure if you would even need the insert but these run very true to size. If you typically need extra room due to your inserts, I would probably do so."
  • Kristin: "I don't think so. I have a size 7. It is roomy enough for me to wear thick socks. They are actually very comfortable. I have a bunion on my right foot that needs surgery and most heels hurt the second I put them on. These do not, so you may not even need the insert. However if you are going to put an insert in, you could remove the one that is in there to make room for it. I wear orthotics in my running shoes and remove the insert but I am not familiar with a high heel insert. I pulled on one of the inserts in the boots a bit and they are glued down but it feels like you can pull them out pretty easy."
  • Jamie: "I've never used an insert so I'm not sure how they feel. This brand runs 1/2 size smaller than regular size so if you have to get a 1/2 larger with inserts for your other high heels I would go a full size bigger. "
  • Erica: "Yes. They run true to size and are pretty snug fitting and I have narrow feet. "
  • Katie: "I would. They are a little snug and it might give you more comfort."
  • Nicole: "Yes, at least a 1/2 size larger. These run tight and I do not have wide feet."
  • Danielle: "I probably would they have a snug fit "
  • Davera: "No, I don't think you'll need to unless you have very wide feet, these shoes are true to size. "
  • Connie: "I ordered this shoe in both colors and there true to fit. "
  • Ashley: "Yes, these shoes run small so just to be on the safe side I would order a size larger."
  • Jasmine: "I haven't worn this shoe with an insert, however the shoe is pretty spacious. I'm a size 9 and it fits great with a little extra room for an insert. So no 1/2 size extra is needed."
  • Leslie: "I did I normally wear a 6 and went up to 6 1/2 for that very reason and glad I did. I don't like tight fitting shoes. Hope that helps. "
  • Ashley: "I would say yes. The toes are very roomy, but the section of the boot on top of the foot is pretty tight, it's just perfect for me but if you're putting an insert in the sole of the shoe I think it would feel too tight. I hope this helps!!! "
  • Ruixue: "Yes, you really need."
  • Laura: "Yes this boot ran tight in the arch area but a great boot "
