Ask a Question asked: Why did you choose this?

Gabrielle asked: how well does this shoe do on ice?

  • Maria: "Sorry, but I do not know yet. Its a Xmas gift."
  • Maria: "I haven't had problems slipping, but I also just try to avoid waking on ice in general. If you plan on sticking to mostly cleared sidewalks, these boots will be just fine. You might run into some trouble if the weather gets a little messier, depending on how used to walking in snow, slush, and ice you are."
  • Victoria: "I just tried them on ice today. They are okay. They work great through the snow, they're warm and comfortable but still slippery on ice. But unless there are metal cleats, I doubt any shoe will not slip on ice if you're not careful."
  • Donna: "I have not worn them yet, I only just received them. They are a real nice boot, I was impressed with the quality and how well they look. I need something to wear to work and be able to trek across the parking lot, yet look nice enough to wear all day with my pants or jeans tucked in. these are those boots."
  • Stacy: "Have not wore them on ice, but love the shoes."
  • Janice: "I am not sure. I wore them for the first time today. The outside is a suede material but cleans up well. Bottoms are well made with a thick rubber with indentions. I live in Texas, though it's cold we really do not experience ice often in our area. Its been close to freezing temp and kept my feet warm. They fit really well and very attractive & well made. I am completely satisfied and would love a pair in the brown. I been where there was ice & blizzard weather and I don't think I would walk on ice with anything that does not have cleats on the bottoms."
  • Marda: "Very nice"
  • Tavi: "The boots do great on ice and keep your toes warm."
  • S: "I had a chance to wear them in the show and ice this week and they did great! "
  • Kenia: "Very well! There is a snow storm in New York and I am wearing them. I love them!!"
