FamousFootwear.com asked: Why did you choose this?
Janice asked: Do grade school sizes convert to women's sizes? I wear a size 7 in women's.
- Lynette: "My daughter wears a size 5 in girls which is a 6.5 in womens. Hope that helps!"
- Kayonte: "The kids sizes usually stop at a size 5 or 6. That's where the women size starts. "
- karrie: "Yes, my daughter wears a 61/2 in woman I ordered her a 4 1/2 in kids and they fit perfectly."
- Emily (staff): "Sorry for the confusion. We realize many children do not follow the exact pattern we define in the sizing chart as pre-school vs grade-school. Do not worry about ordering the wrong size because there is no overlap in sizing between pre-school and grade-school. Just make sure not to order an infant or toddler shoe though, as they do come in the same numerical size, but are significantly smaller. Here is the breakdown: Infant: sizes 0 - 4 Toddler: sizes 4? - 10 Pre School: sizes 10? - 3 Grade School: sizes 3? - 7 Thank you for pointing out the confusion, we are working to figure out a clearer way to message kids sizing to customers in the future and appreciate the feedback. Thank you, FamousFootwear.com"
Lizzy asked: Is the sale in stores too or just online on the sperrys the pink cheeta print?
- Emily (staff): "Hi Lizzy, The sale is going on in stores as well. Thank you, FamousFootwear.com"
Jennifer asked: If my daughter typically wears a 1.5 in most shoes (she's 7 years old), how does that correspond with your sizing? Thx!
- Shiela: "Same size "
- JANNA: "My daughter just turned 6 when I bought these for her. She wears a 13 to a 1 depending on the shoe. I bought a 1 and it was a tad bit big with tights. They fit fine with socks. There was about an index finger width at the heel. I bought them in August and they fit perfect now."
- quovadis: "I purchased the shoes for my 7 year old niece. The sizing was perfect for her."
- Lori: "I did buy a half bigger for my grand daughter when I bought these shoes. Since I knew they wouldn't be a shoe that would be worn daily, I was hoping to get two years out of them. She will be able to wear them again this spring/summer season without any problems. She is a "pink" girl and loves them ! Hope this helps you. Basically, I felt they ran true to size and did not rub or make any sore spots."
