not enough structure to stay up properly
While I liked the looks of this shoe and the width seemed good (I have a wide foot), the back of the shoe that fits my heel l is soft and unstructured and didn't want to stay up properly. It just didn't feel good to me so it had to go back. Too bad - if the back of the shoe had been about 1/2" higher and hugged my heel then I could have kept it.

I LOVE J-41 Brand
These shoes are a perfect fit and very comfortable. These are definitely my new "FAVORITE" shoes. I bought a summer pair of J-41 shoes and loved them so I thought I would try these. I wear hard orthotics and they fit great! I would definitely recommend them.
