Cheryl asked: I was given these as a gift for Christmas, I used your Water proofing and have worn them often since then. It is now the first week of February and they have split open along the seam on the left foot! Does Famous Footwear take returns?
- HAROLD L.: "Yes bear paws have problems like that. Take your gift receipt if have one and they wil replace. If not I have called company directly and complained and got results that way. "
