They are more narrow in the heel area so they don't slip when you move and wider where the widest part of your foot is so they don't rub or pinch your toes. However, they are not too wide where your foot would move around inside. They're a perfect fit for me. No more knee jams when trying to pivot or transition to different moves. They also breathe well.
