Mother's Day Gift- success!! I bought these for my mom who loved the ones she had in the 70's. She thinks these are even more comfortable. She normally wears an 8 1/2 in shoes but an 8 in sandals. Ordered and 8; fit great. It was a successful gift this year. Mom is an active 74 year old. May 12, 2013

Pleased with purchase. Softer, quieter sandal than wooden version. Still great support but miss the "toe grab" front arch. Would purchase again. May 3, 2013

Not the original! These do not have the wooden bottom like the old school sandals April 24, 2013

This product has many great features I preferred the original Dr Scholl shoe with the wooden sole and indentation for your toes. That being said, for what's available now the sole is more comfortable and this product makes a lot less noise on the hardwood floors. My only complaint is changing the width to make my shoes tighter. It is certainly more difficult than the shoes back in the day. April 8, 2013
