- Barbara: "I have no idea what the B means, I bought these for my granddaughter who is 22 and she has very narrow feet and loves Chuck's - she loves these shoes and they fit her perfectly. Very true to size very comfortable so she says. Normally B has something to do with the width but these also have medium so I am not sure what the B would mean. Sorry, hopefully this is helpful"
