FamousFootwear.com asked: Why did you choose this?
- Donna: "Looked like they would be warm and comfortable!"
- Lisetta: "have bought them in the past, LOVE them, but I can no longer go barefoot, so I wear the CONSTANTLY at home (not just in the winter, as used to ), and they do eventually wear out!"
- Royalle: "They are comfortable and easy to get on and go!"
- Karen: "Brand and style"
K asked: Hi, does this slipper offer support and comfort? I have issues with my feet and need support. Also how thick are the soles of the shoe? Thank you for your help.
- Hope: "I too have problems with my feet. I have had gout for 15 years now and I wear these for the comfort as well as support they offer. Plus they are wide enough for my gouty deposits on my big toes. The soles on these slippers are nice and thick. They don't wear down easily, however~they go from very stiff to flexible in about 6 months or so. But I get a good year or more out of mine."
- Jennifer: "These slippers are very comfortable! Great traction! I even wear them out if I need to make a quick run to the store. They look great so no one notices they are slippers! LOL! Luv them, have several pairs. Will continue to buy them when the others wear out."
- heidi: "Nice think soles. Comfy and warm but no arch support..."
- Sharon: "I love every pair of bearpaw slippers I have! Yes, I have a few! The sole is fairly thick - probably 1/4" to 1/2" thick and sturdy - not flexible, but if you need arch support or something like that it is not offered in these slippers. However, I find them VERY comfortable, soothing, warm, cozy, etc. Speaking of warm, they are not too warm. I have had some lined boots and/or slippers that make your feet sweat. The "fur lining" in these help your feet breathe some how as to not cause over heating or sweat. I wear them barefoot and/or with socks and either way, I do not overheat. If shoes were food, these would be my "go to" comfort food. I suppose an individual could wear them outside; I do not."
