I was surprised at how well the shoe fit and how comfortable the in-sole comfort gel pad made my feet feel! I had come to expect dress shoes to be only manageably comfortable, but the shoe is soft like a leather jacket. I am hooked for life. As a bonus, the shoe looks sharp with jeans.
