I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe and bought the slippers in a size 9 and they fit perfect,so I would suggest going up a 1/2 size from your shoe size. Highly recommend these slippers! Perfect slippers for indoor use but can also be used to walk outdoors. Very comfortable, cozy, and warm. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for slippers. Both women wear 8 1/2 for shoes so I ordered the 9's which fit perfectly. They can wear thick socks with them if need be.
