Get your workout in gear and get the right shoes for your fitness routine!

Toning Shoes

If you’re looking for the latest in technology to help sculpt your muscles without embarking on an extensive workout journey, then toning shoes are for you!

Running Shoes

Wearing the right shoe is so important to preventing injury for runners. Familiarize yourself with your stride and the available technology before you make a decision.

Trail Shoes

When choosing a shoe for braving the outdoors, your number one consideration should be the type of terrain you plan to traverse.

Choose your brand:

Toning Technology

Our selection of men’s and women’s toning shoes feature innovative construction that forces your leg and glute muscles to work harder with every step you take.

Reebok EasyTone and RunTone

The balance ball-inspired pods create micro-instability, which forces key leg and glute muscles to adapt as you walk. This puts you on your way to a firmer butt and tighter hamstrings and calves!

Skechers Shape-ups

The kinetic wedge sole simulates walking on sand, which activates back, abdomen, glute and calf muscles, and results in improved coordination and posture, stronger muscles and increased blood flow.

AVIA

Not all toning shoes are created equal. Avia Avi-Motion toning shoes feature Leaf Spring Archrocker™ technology that creates a double-rocker sole, while the negative heel engineering promotes muscle activation by mimicking sand-like walking.

NEW BALANCE

With their TrueBalance technology encouraging increased muscle activity, New Balance toning shoes are designed for better overall toning. Whether you’re walking, running or simply running errands, your muscles will work harder in New Balance.

RYKA

The proper forefoot flexibility and deep forefoot flex grooves of Ryka toning shoes highly engage the calf and hamstring muscles while stretching the quadriceps. The Ryka rocker™ enhances the momentum of your stride, which results in engaged core and leg muscles.

DR. SCHOLL’S

Get toning shoes that makes a real difference during your workout with the Dr. Scholl’s® Fitness Walker. They feature a breathable mesh upper with supportive and reflective leather overlays, Dr. Scholl’s® Massaging Gel Insole for comfort and a durable rocker bottom outsole.

Running Technology

Select a running shoe based on your foot motion: stability for low or flat arches or cushioning for high arches. Advanced runners with a neutral stride should opt for a lightweight shoe.

Stability

A stability shoe is ideal for you if your foot strikes on the outside of the heel and rolls inward. Look for features such as a medial post to help reduce over-pronation.

Cushioning

If your foot is rigid during your stride and does not pronate, or roll inward, you are going to need a cushioning shoe for additional shock-absorption.

Trail Technology

Depending on the type of trails you’re exploring, hiking footwear should be lightweight and water-resistant, and provide enough support to keep your feet and ankles from twisting on uneven surfaces.

Light Hiking

Trail shoes and lightweight hikers are perfect for light hiking on well-established paths that don’t have lots of rocks. They focus on lightweight, flexibility, comfort and breathability.

Trail Hikers

If you plan on hiking steeper inclines and rougher paths, choose a shoe that is more durable than lightweight hikers and will provide added stability and protection against moderate terrain.

Mountaineering and Extended Backpacking

While climbing in the mountains or with a moderate to heavy backpack load, you will want a strong boot with a stiff sole to provide you with the very best in durability, support and protection.
