If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise at any Famous Footwear store, or mail it with the original sale receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.
Two Easy Ways to Return
1. To Make a Return at Any Store
The item to be returned. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
The original receipt, original packing receipt, or a copy of your Confirmation Email.
One form of personal identification and the credit card used for the original purchase.
2. To Make a Return to famous.com
Please note, we only process returns at famous.com if your purchase was made at famous.com, or home delivered. Regular store purchases must be returned to a store.
Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
Enclose a completed return form. (Included with original packing slip)
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.

Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. famous.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
