We may need to add to or correct the information currently on record in your Rewards account. Once we have updated your information, you will be able to enroll online. Please contact the REWARDS Center at 1-800-401-8888.
Are Rewards points added to my account when I purchase online?
Rewards points are added to your account when you are enrolled online and signed into the website before you checkout. If you are already a member of REWARDS, make sure you enter your current member number when enrolling. If you are not a current REWARDS member, you need to sign up before you check out to have your points added automatically on the current order. To enroll click here. Please allow 3 business days for points to be added to your account.
I purchased online, but failed to enroll my REWARDS member number and/or sign in online. How can I add this purchase to my REWARDS account?
Purchases that were made online without enrolling your REWARDS member number may be added through our website after you have received your purchase (information from your packing slip will be required). To add an online purchase, you will:
- Log in using your e-mail address and password
- Click on "Add A Purchase"
- Enter the transaction date, store number, register number and transaction number that is printed on the packing slip.
If one of the following situations is true, please call the REWARDS Center at 1-800-401-8888.
- You have not yet registered online
- You receive an error message
- More than 60 days have passed since your purchase
I purchased at a store, but I didn't have my REWARDS card with me. How can I add this purchase to my REWARDS account?
To add purchases made after the transaction, please to wait at least 1 business day for the purchase to show as eligible. To enter the transactions online, you will need the receipt from your purchase. Once online, you will:
- Log in using your e-mail address and password
- Click on "Add A Purchase"
- Enter the transaction date, store number, register number and transaction number
If one of the following situations is true, please call the REWARDS Center at 1-800-401-8888.
- You have not yet registered online
- You receive an error message

I have two (or more) Rewards accounts. Can they be combined?
Yes! Please call the REWARDS Center at 1-800-401-8888 for more details about combining accounts.
I need to change the name/address information on my Rewards account. How can I do this?
Once you have enrolled online, you will:
- Log in using your e-mail address and password
- Choose "E-mail and Password" to change the name on your account

- Choose "Billing and Shipping" to change your address
If you have not yet enrolled online, please call the REWARDS Center at 1-800-401-8888 so we may update the information on your account.
Can I purchase gift cards on-line?
Yes you can. Visit our gift card shop to purchase one. All Famous Footwear Gift Cards, whether purchased online or in-store are good any Famous Footwear location and at Famous Footwear.com. You can also check the balance of your Famous Footwear Gift Card by visiting our online Balance Check area. (Please Note: You cannot use Merchandise Credit Cards on FamousFootwear.com to pay for your purchase. Please visit one of our stores to use these cards.)
